What we collect, which is almost nothing.

This site

The site sets no cookies and runs no third party tracking. The only measurement is Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless, does not follow you between sites, and records a page view without an identifier we could tie back to you. If it is switched off in the hosting dashboard, nothing is measured at all.

The calculators and the instant Workflow Scan run entirely in your browser. What you type into them stays there. Your answers appear in the address bar so you can share a result as a link; that is the only place they go, and it is under your control.

The scan intake

If you fill in the intake, the answers are sent as one email to our operator mailbox at pierce@attollolabs.com. We collect what you type: your name, your email address, and your answers about your business and the task you described. Nothing else. There is no analytics identifier attached, and the endpoint does not write your answers to a log.

We use it for one thing: writing your report and replying to you about it. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

The intake asks you to leave out anything confidential about your customers, and personal data about anyone else, because we do not need any of it. If it arrives anyway, we delete it and tell you.

How long we keep it

Intake answers and the report we write from them are kept for twelve months, so we can answer a question about a report you were sent. After that they are deleted. Email correspondence is kept as long as the mailbox keeps it, and you can ask us to delete a thread.

Ask for deletion at any time by writing to drew@attollolabs.com. We confirm in writing within ten business days.

Client work

Workflows we build for a client run in that client's own tools. We host nothing for clients. A build sends us a short status message each run: when it ran, how many items it handled, and any error code. It carries none of your content. Your passwords and keys stay with you.
